Track Your Order

When your order leaves the warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. With that number you can check your package's status on the carrier page indicated in the email.

Haven't received the shipping email yet?

• Check your spam or promotions folder.
• Remember: preparation takes 1–3 business days before shipping.
• If more than 3 business days have passed since your purchase and you have no tracking, email us at zerimarstore13@gmail.com with your order number and we'll check for you.
