Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

United States: 3–8 business days total (1–3 for preparation + shipping from a U.S. warehouse).

How much is shipping?

A flat US$4.95. Free on orders of US$35 or more.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow it on our "Track Your Order" page.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused products in their original packaging. Email zerimarstore13@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you the instructions within 1–2 business days.

What if it arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video of the problem: we'll offer a replacement or a full refund.

Are payments secure?

Yes. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and the methods offered at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

When should I order for Christmas?

With U.S. stock, order by December 14 for estimated delivery before Christmas in the U.S.
