ZerimarStore — Shipping Policy

We ship only within the United States. All orders are fulfilled from a U.S. warehouse by our logistics partners and shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.

Processing time: 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including a tracking number.

Estimated delivery times (business days, after processing):

- United States: 3–8 business days total (orders ship from a U.S. warehouse).

Shipping costs: US$4.95 flat rate on orders under US$35. Free shipping on orders of US$35 or more.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary due to weather or carrier delays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at zerimarstore13@gmail.com and we will check the tracking with the carrier for you.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.
